Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy based on the principle that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, and face correspond with different areas of the body. As reflexologists, we work holistically with our clients, working alongside conventional healthcare, to promote better health.
Counselling and Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy tends to address deeper issues as you work with your therapist to explore how your past experiences affect you in the present.
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring phenomenon. When you are reading a book, watching a film, or driving your car but you don’t remember the journey, you have been in the natural state of hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a way of using that natural state to help you focus and to access your subconscious mind and work with it in different ways to help you achieve the results you want.
