I was living and working in London in my mid twenties when I found myself stressed and not enjoying what I was doing. I knew that there was more to life for me and in my search to feel better I came across Reflexology. I couldn’t believe the positive effect Reflexology had on every aspect of my life and so decided to train to become a reflexologist. I qualified in 2006 from the London School of Reflexology, and have never looked back!
After marrying and having children we decided we wanted something different than London could offer, so headed for rural Dorset. Life is now filled with long walks in the country, beach days and camping under starry nights, all the things I love!
I am passionate about the positive effects of Reflexology on our wellbeing. I believe that lowering stress levels within the body can be transformative, leading to deeper sleep, improved relationships, better health and ultimately a happier life. Reflexology has a profound stress reducing effect during and following a treatment, subsequent treatments will further enhance and prolong this effect. When our body is relaxed, it can rebalance and healing can begin. There are many specific conditions reflexology may help with as well as lifting us when our mood is low or when we just don’t feel our best selves. I believe that everyone can benefit from reflexology!
I am also passionate about working with Maternity clients. Loving being a mother myself, it is an absolute pleasure to help others on their journey to motherhood. I have further qualifications in Supporting Conception, Maternity reflexology and advanced Maternity Reflexology.
