Sonya Reed

Welcome, my name is Sonya Reed, and I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist, practising massage since 1993.

I trained in Swedish body massage, customised massage, deep tissue massage, and lymphatic drainage.

I have previously worked in salons, spas, and as a massage therapy lecturer.

I enjoy helping bodies and minds to heal through deep relaxation. I work intuitively and will adapt my technique to suit your needs, whether you need an invigorating massage to reduce fatigue or a relaxing, deep, gentle treatment to calm.
