You can, of course, have a single treatment, which comprises a full facial reflexology treatment and the Zone Face Lift.

However, to get the best results, we recommend the Zone Face Lift Programme comprising weekly treatments for 12 weeks. Treatment plans are customised to best serve your needs.

Each Zone Face Lift treatment comprises:

• a full facial reflexology
• a full Zone Face Lift treatment
• other elements to meet your specific needs, e.g. holistic facial, foot reflexology.
